When Everyone Kneels, Who Will Stand Up for Western History and Culture?

“Antiracism is no longer the defense of the equal dignity of people, but an ideology, a vision of the world,” said the French philosopher Alain Finkielkraut, son of Holocaust survivors.

“Antiracism has been transformed… At the time of the great migration, it is no longer a question of welcoming newcomers by integrating them into European civilization, but exposing the faults of this civilization”.

He referred to “self-racism” as “the most dismaying and grotesque pathology of our time”.

Its capital is London.

“Topple the racists” consists of a map with 60 statues in 30 British cities. The removal of the statues is being requested to support a movement born in the United States after a white policeman, Derek Chauvin, killed a black man, George Floyd, by kneeling on his neck.

In Bristol, a crowd pushed the statue of philanthropist and slave-owner Edward Colston into the harbor. The act was followed in London by protests vandalizing statues of Winston Churchill, Mahatma Gandhi and Abraham Lincoln. London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan, after removing the monument to Robert Milligan, a Scottish slave trader, from outside the Museum of London Docklands, announced the creation of commission to review tearing down statues that do not reflect “the city’s diversity”. Two more statues were ordered to be removed from two London hospitals.

Vandalism and self-hatred are quickly gaining ground. The epic of great discoveries associated with British Empire has become shameful. The protests are not about slavery. No one in the UK today would cheer that period. It is rather a call for cultural cleansing of all the works contradicting the new mantra: “diversity”.

“A new form of Taliban was born in the UK today”, wrote Nigel Farage, referring to two giant ancient Buddha statue that were blown up by the Taliban in Afghanistan in 2001. “Unless we get moral leadership quickly our cities won’t be worth living in”.

The list of statues to be removed includes the names of Oliver Cromwell and Horatio Nelson, two major figures in British history, as well as Nancy Astor, the first woman to be elected to the British Parliament and take a seat in 1919. Also on the list were the names of Sir Francis Drake, Christopher Columbus and Charles Gray (the prime minister whose government supervised the abolition of slavery in 1833).

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, expressing opposition to the removal campaign, said:

“We cannot now try to edit or censor our past. We cannot pretend to have a different history. The statues in our cities and towns were put up by previous generations. They had different perspectives, different understandings of right and wrong. But those statues teach us about our past, with all its faults. To tear them down would be to lie about our history, and impoverish the education of generations to come.”

British post-colonial guilt is, however, having repercussions far larger than statues. There is, for instance, still total silence about persecuted Christians, according to a UK bishop leading a government review into their suffering. There is also, notably, a retreat from the world’s stage. “When the West loses confidence in itself, because of excessive or misplaced guilt over colonialism, it turns to isolationism”, noted Bruce Gilley, a professor of political science. “We are afraid that anything we do is colonial. There’s plenty of countries willing to step into that global governance gap: China, Iran, Russia, Turkey”.

Post-colonial guilt is also suffocating freedom of speech in the UK. The former British “equality watchdog” chief, Trevor Phillips, was suspended from the Labour Party after allegations of “Islamophobia”. Phillips’ guilt? Being critical of multiculturalism. According to Phillips:

“In my view, squeamishness about addressing diversity and its discontents risks allowing our country to sleepwalk to a catastrophe that will set community against community, endorse sexist aggression, suppress freedom of expression, reverse hard-won civil liberties, and undermine the liberal democracy that has served this country so well for so long.”

Phillips also claimed that British politicians and journalists are “terrified” of discussing race, thereby leaving multiculturalism to become a “racket” exploited by some to entrench segregation. A man of Guyanese origin, a Labour Party veteran and an equality commissioner spoke the truth to the multiculturalists.

The activists who campaign to remove the statues want radically to change the look of the British capital. The clash seems to consist of, on one side, violent censors who bully everyone, and on the other side, cowardly, appeasing politicians, who are afraid and bow to the vandals. Monuments are a vital and visible part of a global city; they embody their place in the history of a city, otherwise only bus stops and Burger Kings would remain there. These protestors appear to wish for a revised, sanitized history. If we do not quickly understand that, if we erase our past, as the former Soviet Union tried to do, it will be easier for people to create their vision of our future with no rudder to anchor us or our values. We will be left with nothing in our hands but shattered pieces of our history and culture.

This movement of hating the West — which has, as all of us do, an imperfect history — seems to have begun in British universities. In Cambridge, professors of literature asked to replace white authors with representatives from minorities to “decolonize” the curriculum. The student union of London’s prestigious School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) asked to remove Plato, Kant, Descartes, Hegel and others from the curriculum, because they were “all white” — as if the color of our skin should be the sole determinant of our thoughts. In Manchester, students painted over a mural based on Kipling’s poem “If”.

A scholar of colonialism, Nigel Biggar, said that a “climate of fear” has returned to British universities. The University of Liverpool recently agreed to rename a building honoring former prime minister William Gladstone. At Oxford, meanwhile, the statue of Cecil Rhodes, philanthropist and founder of Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), risks being the next to go.

“There is a bit of hypocrisy,” Lord Patten, the chancellor of Oxford, commented, “in Oxford taking money for 100 scholars a year, about a fifth of them from Africa, to come to Oxford, and then saying we want to throw the Rhodes statue… in the Thames”. He said that his own view remained the same as one “expressed by Nelson Mandela at a celebration of the Rhodes Trust in 2003”: that despite the “problems associated with Cecil Rhodes in history, if it was alright for Mandela, then I have to say it’s pretty well alright for me”. But not for the revisionists.

There is a falsity in erasing one’s history. One may not have a perfect history, but it is one’s history, nevertheless. As the historian Victor Davis Hanson wrote, a country “does not have to be perfect to be good.” Excising the distasteful parts does not change what happened; they may even be replaced with parts that are more distasteful.

Some London museums already adopted this covering-up and self-censorship a while ago. The Tate Gallery in London banned a work by John Latham that displayed a Koran embedded in glass. The Victoria and Albert Museum showed, then withdrew, a devotional art image of Muhammad. The Saatchi Gallery featured two works of nudes overlaid with Arabic script, which prompted complaints from Muslim visitors; the museum covered the works. The Whitechapel Art Gallery purged an exhibit containing nude dolls.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary just revised the definition of “racism” to include “systemic racism”, presumably meaning that the entire society is guilty and unjust.

The censors seem to want to control our mental universe, as in George Orwell’s novel, 1984:

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right”.

This process of Western self-abasement began long ago. The Labour Party councils in the UK, for example, began to examine all the statues under their jurisdiction. The mayor of Bristol, Marvin Rees, instead of defending the rule of law, called the violent removal of the statue of Colston an act of “historical poetry“. When vandals started to destroy statues, many applauded. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson called it “politically correct iconoclasm“.

A week before the statues row, people in the UK knelt in the name of George Floyd. It was as if there was a collective claim that Western society as a whole had to repent. It seemed a form of ideological hysteria, not so distant from that of the Inquisition or the Salem Witch Trials: those who knelt were presumably supposed appear as if they were more moral, on the “right side” of justice. There were even British policemen kneeling, as, in the US, Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats knelt to their overlords. Both were acts of irresponsibility and capitulation. A few days later, the British establishment kowtowed to the new Taliban.

What is this macabre ideological game aimed at accomplishing? Not taking down monuments as such, like the statues of Christopher Columbus which have been torn down or beheaded. It is more than that. It is a power-grab to create a cultural revolution, to prevent anyone from saying that cultures are not all the same; to put Europe’s past on trial; to instill perennial remorse into consciences, and to spread intellectual terror to advance multiculturalism.

How many people will refuse to go along with this coerced suppression of history? If many kneel to this new totalitarianism, who will have the courage to stand up for Western history and culture?

“A DAY WILL COME”…THE REDISCOVERED PROPHECY OF PIUS XII.

In 1972 a biography of Pope Pius XII was published in France entitled Pie XII devant l’Histoire written by Msgr. Georges Roche and Philippe Saint Germain, never translated into Italian [or English]. The authors relate various unpublished statements made very “long ago” – in 1933 –  by Cardinal Eugenio Pacelli to two of his friends, Count Enrico Pietro Galeazzi and Msgr. Slozkaz, regarding the apparitions at Fatima and the apostasy of the Catholic Church. It is interesting to note that it was only in 1944 that Sister Lucia Dos Santos wrote down the visions and secrets. For this reason, what Cardinal Pacelli said in 1933 – which is all tragically coming true – leads us to conclude that everything was not revealed to us [by the Holy See’s statement on the Third Secret of Fatima] during the Jubilee Year 2000. I will fight this battle with all my strength within the Church as well as outside Her, even if the forces of evil one day take advantage of my very person, my actions, or my writings, just as today they attempt to distort the history of the Church. All the human heresies that alter the Word of God are made to seem like they are better than Her.

A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God, that God’s Son is only a symbol, a philosophy just like any other. In the churches, Christians will seek in vain for the red lamp where Jesus waits for them: like the sinful woman weeping before the empty tomb, they will cry out: “Where have they taken him?”

It will be then that there will arise priests from Africa, from Asia, from the Americas – who have been formed in the missionary seminaries – who will speak out and proclaim that the “Bread of Life” is not ordinary bread and the Mother of the God-Man is not a mother just like many others. And they will be torn to pieces for having testified that Christianity is not a religion just like others, because its Head is the Son of God and the [Catholic] Church is His Church.”

June 9, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – There is a small part of an interview conducted by the well-respected American historian and book author, William Thomas Walsh, with the Fatima seer Sister Lucia that might now strike a special note with us, in light of the ongoing disorderly and revolutionary conditions in the U.S.

Sister Lucia of Fatima was one of three children who witnessed apparitions of the Blessed Mother in 1917 in Fatima, and she continued to receive messages from heaven for years afterward. One of the messages pertains to the then-impending Bolshevik Revolution in Russia and the need to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

In 1947, Professor William Thomas Walsh authored a book about Fatima, titled Our Lady of Fatima, at the end of which he recounts in an epilogue an interview he had conducted with Sister Lucia of Fatima the year before. 

Speaking with the seer in 1946 about the Blessed Mother’s earlier request that Russia be consecrated by the Pope together with the bishops in the world to Her Immaculate Heart, Sister Lucia told Professor Walsh: 

“What Our Lady wants is that the Pope and all the bishops in the world shall consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart on one special day. If this is done, she will convert Russia and there will be peace. “Does this mean,” Walsh then asked, “in your opinion, that every country, without exception, will be overcome by Communism?” And Sister Lucia answered: “Yes.”

As the translator of this interview, Father Manuel Rocha, was later to reveal, Walsh then asked explicitly about the United States of America, adding: “and does that mean the United States of America, too?” Whereupon Sister Lucia responded once more time with “yes.”

That is to say, the seer of the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima, which have been approved by the Catholic Church, predicted that the United States, under certain conditions, would also become Communist. The quotes can also be found here. 

This answer might have sounded somewhat unrealistic in 1946, just after the end of the Second World War and the beginning of the Cold War. However, today, in light of these revolutionary riots that seem to change America in a very deep way, they might strike an even stronger tone.

Black Lives Matter appears to be the organization that is at the center of the revolt against the established structures in the U.S., for the defunding of police and a radical change of society. Their influence is being proven by the fact that Washington D.C. just named a square next to St. John’s Church that had been put to fire by some of the protesters Black Lives Matter Plaza.

The group has received heavy funding from the wealthy promoter of leftist causes, George Soros (as did its partner organizations Color of Change and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People NAACP.)

Looking into the official agenda of Black Lives Matter, one can easily detect the Marxist anti-family and LGBT ideology of this movement that has been funded by those outside the black community, such as the globalist Soros:

“We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.

We foster a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual (unless s/he or they disclose otherwise).”

Another aggressive element of the current violent protests which has been called out by President Trump himself is the Antifa movement. As recently has been pointed out, the symbol the Antifa movement still uses today – two flags placed on top of each other – goes back to the founding of the Antifaschistische Aktion (Anti-fascist Action) in the 1930s by German Communists. And even the more recent successors of this original movement were organized in the 1970s by the German Maoist Communist League (Kommunistischer Bund). Thus, also this strain of the current violent and aggressive protests in the United States are of Communist inspiration. They have in common an anarchistic view against state authority and especially against the police.

As Fox News’ Tucker Carlson recently commented on this new political development that aims at defunding the police departments yet at the same time suppresses messages from citizens who announce they will defend themselves with their own weapons: “This is a move toward authoritarian social control.” “They create the chaos,” he stated on 8 June, “you are not allowed to defend yourself.” 

The future of the left as Tucker Carlson sees is that only those will have weapons “who are on their team, and that is exactly what ‘defund the police’ really means,” that is to say: “partisan law enforcement.” Carlson also described in his show the “vicious crackdown on free speech and free thought” that has been taking place in the last couples of days. The new rule is: “You are not allowed to question Black Lives Matter in any way,” and this is being enforced by social media giants like Facebook and others. After adding that “we have never lived in an environment like this,” the journalist added that many people get the message and follow suit. “And the weak ones are very quick to join in, just like the little Red Guards they have always been underneath of it all,” he explained.

In light of techniques of public humiliation of those with different opinions or positions – here an example of a public humiliation of the mayor of Minneapolis when he declined to promise to disband the Police Department – one feels also reminded of the techniques of earlier Communist revolutions that forced those of other views into submission.

Also in light of the outrageous acts of lootings and riots which have terrorized millions of Americans over the course of the last two weeks, we can surely say that we are getting closer to at least a Communist atmosphere in America. We more and more feel reminded of an atmosphere similar to Eastern communist countries in Europe whose citizens had to support the thesis of the proletariat’s enduring suffering and moral superiority, at the end of which one had to be ashamed of one’s own background and heritage if one was not of proletarian background. Purges followed, to include the removal of “counter-revolutionary statues” and other items of tradition and heritage. The damage to millions of lives worldwide is well-known.

In all of these turmoils, a weakened Christianity is becoming further eroded, as we can now witness it with our own eyes, where an archbishop rebukes the U.S. President for visiting a Catholic shrine and a priest hopes that George Floyd intercedes for us already from heaven, independently of his own moral life here on earth.

We might also remember here Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò’s new open letter to President Donald Trump, in which he writes: “We will also discover that the riots in these days were provoked by those who, seeing that the virus is inevitably fading and that the social alarm of the pandemic is waning, necessarily have had to provoke civil disturbances, because they would be followed by repression which, although legitimate, could be condemned as an unjustified aggression against the population. The same thing is also happening in Europe, in perfect synchrony. It is quite clear that the use of street protests is instrumental to the purposes of those who would like to see someone elected in the upcoming presidential elections who embodies the goals of the deep state and who expresses those goals faithfully and with conviction. It will not be surprising if, in a few months, we learn once again that hidden behind these acts of vandalism and violence there are those who hope to profit from the dissolution of the social order so as to build a world without freedom: Solve et Coagula, as the Masonic adage teaches.”

In light of Archbishop Viganò’s words on the Masonic rule, let us remember here a historic 1918 letter – written not long after the 1917 apparitions in Fatima – in which the Catholic Church is being warned by the German Emperor Willhelm II of the impending Bolshevic takeover as part of a Freemasonic plan to establish a “world republic.” This letter is authentic and has been found in the Secret Vatican Archives.

The message of the Emperor was “that, according to news that came to him yesterday, the [Freemasonic] Grand Orient has just decided first to depose all Sovereigns – first of all him, the Emperor – then to destroy (?) the Cathol.[olic] Church, to imprison the pope, etc and, finally, to establish on the ruins of the former bourgeois society a world republic under the leadership of American Big Capital. The German Freemasons are purportedly loyal to the [German] Emperor (which is to be doubted!) and they informed him about it. Also England wants to preserve the current bourgeois order. France and America, however, are said to be under the full influence of the Grand Orient [Freemasonic Lodge]. Bolshevism is said to be the external tool to establish the desired conditions. In the face of such a great danger which threatens in addition to the Monarchy, also the Catholic Church; it is thus important that the German episcopacy be informed and that also the pope be warned.”

This letter is more than one hundred years old. Our readers can judge for themselves whether there can be seen parallels to our current situation.

May we be aware of these insidious beginnings and resist them as long as we still can. But not only with practical means such as articles and items of news; most importantly, this needs to be done with spiritual means. We need to pray the Holy Rosary, do the devotions to the Immaculate Heart of Mary as asked from us by heaven, and, finally, we need to insist that the full, explicit, and correct Consecration of Russia be done, as Cardinal Raymond Burke and the Italian historian Professor Roberto de Mattei have, just recently, called for again.

Why Satan Prefers Socialism

The evidence is building that Americans are turning away from their long cherished love for democracy, freedom and capitalism in an astonishing fashion.

For example, in a 2017 Gallup survey, Millennials (18 – 29 year olds) had almost equally positive views of both capitalism and socialism (57% – 55%, respectively).

In a stunning 2017 You-Gov survey, 37% of America said they preferred socialism or even communism over capitalism.

And, believe it or not, a World Values Survey found that 24% of young Americans think that democracy is a “bad” or “very bad” way of running the country.

It appears that more and more Americans want a “planned” rather than free economy, an abolition of the differences between business owners and workers and ultimately an end to private property – all distinctives of a socialist state.

Socialism envisions a future perfect condition for man – one achieved through man’s own efforts – a sort of societal pulling oneself up by one’s own bootstraps.

Non-Christians find this concept easy to embrace. If man is good, they reason, then why shouldn’t he be perfectible and, if perfectible, why not through human exertion?

Christians, on the other hand, believe in original sin, the fallenness of man, and know that the only perfect state for humankind will come under the direct governance of Jesus Christ after his return.

Until then, Christians know that the poor will always be with us and that man is not God and is incapable of engineering his own utopia.

Socialisms underlying basic assumption of man’s perfectibility through human engineered social means leads to one of its central tenants; a planned economy.

Thinking about this, it is obvious that a planned economy must needs a planner(s). Along with planning comes control (the plan is no good if people are allowed to go off plan) and control is the more effective the more it is centralized.

It becomes easy to understand why socialized countries usually end up being governed by all-powerful tyrants.

Contrast the Christian way where God favors each man with maximum liberty, able to choose for himself either a blessed or cursed future.

The God of the bible frowns upon the more centralized governmental systems, instead preferring direct relationship with each individual person – a feat only He can do.

God does not need intermediate human constructed social artifices to communicate with every human on the planet.  He can do it directly, the Holy Spirit not being constrained.

However, Satan can only relate to one person at a time.

Not possessing the Godly attributes of omnipresence, omnipotence and omniscience, he must rely on his devilish minions, who are likewise limited.

Hence, he is forever furthering the cause of centralized human power so as to be able to influence the more of humanity with his finite number of devils.

In other words, if control is cemented in a limited number of people, he can the more thoroughly corrupt them with his likewise limited number of underlings. But, they would be vastly less effective in their evil work where power is dissipated and they have to deal with decision makers who are free and numerous (a democracy).

This is one reason why Christianity has traditionally viewed government as the preserver of freedom, order and justice under the law-word of God, while socialists think government is a revolutionary tool to be used by those who would be gods, to fix creation because the Creator didn’t do right the first time.

The second socialist distinctive, the adolescent dream of extinguishing differences of class, wealth, position, etc., reeks of hypocrisy.

Why?  Because its planned and controlled economy requires planners and controllers who, by necessity, possess more power than any capitalist business owner could ever dream of possessing. 

While pretending to the levelling of all peoples, socialism retains its planners carrying out the will of its masters proving that it is more a game about power than it is about egalitarianism.

And, of course, the Bible never advocates for egalitarianism.  As far back as the 10 Commandments, it assumes inequality and finds no sin in its existence.  The only sin being in our hearts as we covet what we don’t have.

The fact that we are capable of coveting is de facto Biblical acknowledgement that we aren’t equal.

Socialism, then, can be viewed as the antithesis of Christianity in that it institutionalizes envy in its attempt to level everyone to the same conditions.

God, anti-egalitarian that He is, separates the sheep from the goats, sending some to heaven and some to hell – no levelling here.

Actually, the same can be noticed about socialisms third aspect, the abolition of private property. 

When nationalization of property occurs it is only the transfer of rights of ownership from many individuals to one government. 

The prerogatives of ownership still exist, only now they will be exercised by a different class of people, those who possess governmental power.

It is somewhat difficult to conjure up a reason to believe why these people who happen to work for government will be better managers of property than the former free (now dependent) owners would.

But, there are reasons to believe that stewardship by design usually results in an outcome less benign.

A private property owner has his own interest at stake. Any bad decision will impact his own well-being negatively.

He is highly incentivized to make constructive beneficial choices.

Conversely, a bureaucrat is not harmed (even if society is) by his bad decisions. He has no personal stake and suffers no personal ramifications for mistakes.

This is why we see so many colossal public policy mistakes (such as the vast western fires on ill-managed public lands and massive pollution events like the recent EPA Animas River spill fiasco in Colorado, etc.)

There is no personal skin in the game for government workers, their pie-in-the-sky schemes are implemented by fiat and when they fail, all of us have to pay, but not them.

The Biblical take on private property is one that takes seriously individual & familial ownership, “The prince shall not take from the people’s inheritance, thrusting them out of their possession…”

In fact, private ownership of property is so important in God’s economy that He instructed the Israelites in the laws of Jubilee, mandating the return of any alienated property to its original owner (or family) every 50 years.

And, in the case of Naboth’s vineyard, God’s displeasure with governmental confiscation of private property is made abundantly clear.

Private property is the clear Biblical source for man’s liberty under God to pursue the stewardship mandate. Without its possession, man is left to play the slave under the mastery of the all-powerful state.

Socialists must suffer from some adolescent psychological malady to be able to continue to lust after an imaginary perfect world even when all logical evidence points to mans’ inability to establish heaven on earth.

How can they believe that man is good and not fallen after Nazism, 100 or more million deaths – by design – from Communism, untold suffering and murder directly attributable to Maoism – all off-shoots in varying flavors of socialism and, all in the last century?

How can they be so stupid, arrogant and obstinate to believe socialism can deliver the goods vis-à-vis capitalism and republicanism given the historical record?

Their ability to maintain their amazing faith in their own ability to re-organize the world in a better way even when the evidence and reason declares that all such efforts have and will miserably fail, borders on the maniacal.

The Christians duty is to resist these professed prophets of social perfection and defend the faith, its doctrines and the necessary corollaries and all that they mean for man’s civil structures – educational, cultural, social, economic and governmental.

‘That we Catholics adore with the Muslims the one God is not true’

There is no common faith in God nor common adoration of God shared by Catholics and Muslims by Bishop Athanasius Schneider.

The most erroneous and dangerous affirmation of the Abu Dhabi Document on “Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” (signed by Pope Francis and The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Ahmad Al-Tayyeb on February 4, 2019) is the following: “The pluralism and the diversity of religions, colour, sex, race and language are willed by God in His wisdom, through which He created human beings. This divine wisdom is the source from which the right to freedom of belief and the freedom to be different derives.” It contradicts Divine Revelation to say that, just as God positively wills the diversity of the male and female sexes and the diversity of nations, so in the same way he also wills the diversity of religions.

The Abu Dhabi Document speaks also about a common faith in God, for instance: “It is a document that invites all persons who have faith in God and faith in human fraternity.” Here the meaning of faith itself is ambiguous and, moreover, the meaning of faith in God is put on the natural level of believing “in human fraternity.” This is theologically wrong and misleading.

The meaning of the term “faith” is given by Jesus Christ Himself, hence by Divine Revelation. There is only “one Lord, one Faith, one Baptism” (Eph. 4:5), “for all men have not faith.” (2 Thess. 3:2) Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Son of God, is the “the author and perfecter of our faith.” (Hebr. 12:2) Whoever does not believe in Jesus Christ the Son of God has no faith and does not please God, as the Lord says: “Whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God” (Jn 3:18) and “Whoever does not believe in the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God remains on him.” (Jn 3:36)

The Catechism of the Catholic Church says: “For a Christian, believing in God cannot be separated from believing in the One he sent, his “beloved Son,” in whom the Father is “well pleased”; God tells us to listen to him. (cf. Mk 1:11) The Lord himself said to His disciples: “Believe in God, believe also in me.” (Jn 14:1) (CCC n. 151) “Faith” and “believe” does not mean the knowledge of God by the natural light of the reason, but a supernatural gift of God “aroused and aided by divine grace, receiving faith by hearing, believing to be true what has been divinely revealed and promised.” (Council of Trent, Decree on Justification, sess. 6, chap. 6)

The Church always taught with the First Vatican Council that “the situation of those, who by the heavenly gift of faith have embraced the Catholic truth, is by no means the same as that of those who, led by human opinions, follow a false religion” (Dogmatic Constitution “Dei Filius”, chap. 3)

The same Council teaches: “The perpetual agreement of the Catholic Church has maintained and maintains this too: that there is a twofold order of knowledge, distinct not only as regards its source, but also as regards its object. With regard to the source, we know at the one level by natural reason, at the other level by divine faith. With regard to the object, besides those things to which natural reason can attain, there are proposed for our belief certain mysteries hidden in God which, unless they are divinely revealed, are incapable of being known.” (Dogmatic Constitution “Dei Filius”, chap. 4)

To state that Muslims adore together with us the one God (“nobiscum Deum adorant”), as the II Vatican Council did in Lumen Gentium n. 16, is theologically a highly ambiguous affirmation. That we Catholics adore with the Muslims the one God is not true. We do not adore with them. In the act of adoration, we always adore the Holy Trinity, we do not simply adore “the one God” but, rather, the Holy Trinity consciously—Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Islam rejects the Holy Trinity. When the Muslims adore, they do not adore on the supernatural level of faith. Even our act of adoration is radically different. It is essentially different. Precisely because we turn to God and adore Him as children who are constituted within the ineffable dignity of divine filial adoption, and we do this with supernatural faith. However, the Muslims do not have supernatural faith. The Muslims have only a natural knowledge of God. The Koran is not the revelation of God, but a kind of anti-revelation of God, because the Koran expressly denies the divine revelation of the Incarnation, of the eternal divinity of the Son of God, of the redemptive sacrifice of Christ on the Cross, and therefore denies the truth of God, the Holy Trinity. Of course, when a person sincerely adores God the Creator—as the majority of simple Muslim people do—they adore God with a natural act of worship, based on the natural knowledge of God, the Creator. Every non-Christian, every non-baptized person, including a Muslim, can adore God on the level of the natural knowledge of the existence of God. They adore in a natural act of adoration the same God, whom we adore in a supernatural act and with supernatural faith in the Holy Trinity. But these are two essentially different acts of adoration: the one is an act of natural knowledge and the other is an act of supernatural faith. The acts of adoration, and the acts of knowing on which they are based, are substantially different, though the object is the same in that it is the same God. Perhaps one could formulate in this way: “Muslims adore God in an act of natural worship, and thus in a way substantially different from what we Catholics do, since we adore God always with supernatural faith.” 

The subjective act of adoration of the Muslims is also different because their understanding of God is different from ours. One should bear in mind the fact that Muslims, accepting propositions asserted of God that are not of divine origin, are in danger of offering a false knowledge and a false worship to God even on the natural level. 

The Document of Abu Dhabi speaks of “the basis of our common belief in God.” However, those who follow Islam see God as distant, devoid of a personal interrelationship, and this is a very defective idea of God. A considerable portion of Muslims have a distorted and false image of God as One who is unable to communicate personally with us, and whom we cannot truly and personally love as our Father and as our Redeemer.

One must also consider the fact that the Muslim conception of Jesus is a rejection of the Christian idea: for the Koran states that God cannot have a Son, and so they reject the Incarnation even if they accept the Virgin Birth. Therefore, it is inaccurate to equate their veneration of Jesus with our adoration of Him as God Incarnate and the Redeemer of mankind; and their veneration of Mary is not the same as our veneration of her as the Mother of God. Hence, we cannot learn from them how to relate properly to Jesus or Mary. In addition, their understanding that life is “for” God is not the same as ours, for Jesus taught that God is our Father, that we live for Him, in order to increase our love for Him and be happy with Him forever, whereas their conception of living for God is as a slave lives to serve a powerful Master. Finally, the Muslim conception of mercy is different from the Christian conception of mercy, for we are merciful as God the Father was merciful to us, sending His Son to die for us when we were still His enemies, something which the Muslims deny.

According to Surah 9:29, Muslims are to “fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture—[fight] until they give the tribute [jizyah] willingly while they are humbled.”

One cannot agree with the thesis that says that a proper reading of the Koran is opposed to every form of violence. First, this is not true simply based on a plain reading of the Koran. The later Surahs of the Koran are very violent toward non-Muslims and call for the occupation of non-Muslim countries by violence. Even in our days this is well understood by many Muslims to be the legitimate method to read the Koran. Further, the majority of Muslims agree that the later (more violent) Surahs have more authority. Usually, Muslims understand the Koran literally as they have no spiritual or allegorical exegesis. Maybe some exceptional persons, some good Islamic scholars will do this, but they do not represent Islam as such. They have no ultimate authority. 

From the theological point of view, it is, therefore, misleading and confusing that the Roman Pontiff signed a common document with an Islamic religious authority using the terms “God”, “Faith”, “pluralism and diversity of religions”, “fraternity,” though these terms have substantially different meanings in the teachings of the Koran and in the Divine Revelation of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Furthermore, one has also to keep in mind the fact, that the Muslims have no authority to settle disputes with a universal authority, since they have no magisterium, and that there is no authority to represent Islam as such, and that there is no central authority in Islam to decide doctrinal questions for all Muslims.

The only stable universal fraternity is the fraternity in Christ. Only in Jesus Christ and in the Holy Spirit He sent, people can truly be children of God and truly say to God “Father” and consequently be truly brethren: “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. You have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’ The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and, if children, then heirs – heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ” (Rm. 8:14-17).

The only true and stable peace is the peace of Christ. The following teaching of Pope Pius XI from almost a hundred years ago, faithfully transmits what Jesus Christ, Our Divine Teacher and Redeemer, and the constant Magisterium of the Church taught throughout the ages, and which remain the criteria to which the analysis of the Abu Dhabi Document has be submitted: 

“We do not need a peace that will consist merely in acts of external or formal courtesy, but a peace which will penetrate the souls of men and which will unite, heal, and reopen their hearts to that mutual affection which is born of brotherly love. The peace of Christ is the only peace answering this description: ‘let the peace of Christ rejoice in your hearts.’ (Col. 3:15) Nor is there any other peace possible than that which Christ gave to His disciples (Jn. 14:27) for since He is God, He ‘beholds the heart’ (1 Kings 16:7) and in our hearts His kingdom is set up. Again, Jesus Christ is perfectly justified when He calls this peace of soul His own for He was the first Who said to men, ‘all you are brethren.’ (Matt. 23:8) He gave likewise to us, sealing it with His own life’s blood, the law of brotherly love, of mutual forbearance – ‘This is my commandment, that you love one another, as I have loved you.’ (Jn. 15:12) ‘Bear ye one another’s burdens; and so you shall fulfill the law of Christ.’ (Gal. 6:2)” (Encyclical Ubi arcano Dei Consilio, 33).

“True peace, the peace of Christ, is impossible unless we are willing and ready to accept the fundamental principles of Christianity, unless we are willing to observe the teachings and obey the law of Christ, both in public and private life.” (Encyclical Ubi arcano Dei Consilio, 47)

“The re-establishment of Christ’s kingdom, we will be working most effectively toward a lasting world peace.” (Encyclical Ubi arcano Dei Consilio, 49)

Mr. President,

In recent months we have been witnessing the formation of two opposing sides that I would call Biblical: the children of light and the children of darkness. The children of light constitute the most conspicuous part of humanity, while the children of darkness represent an absolute minority. And yet the former are the object of a sort of discrimination which places them in a situation of moral inferiority with respect to their adversaries, who often hold strategic positions in government, in politics, in the economy and in the media. In an apparently inexplicable way, the good are held hostage by the wicked and by those who help them either out of self-interest or fearfulness.

These two sides, which have a Biblical nature, follow the clear separation between the offspring of the Woman and the offspring of the Serpent. On the one hand there are those who, although they have a thousand defects and weaknesses, are motivated by the desire to do good, to be honest, to raise a family, to engage in work, to give prosperity to their homeland, to help the needy, and, in obedience to the Law of God, to merit the Kingdom of Heaven. On the other hand, there are those who serve themselves, who do not hold any moral principles, who want to demolish the family and the nation, exploit workers to make themselves unduly wealthy, foment internal divisions and wars, and accumulate power and money: for them the fallacious illusion of temporal well-being will one day – if they do not repent – yield to the terrible fate that awaits them, far from God, in eternal damnation.

In society, Mr. President, these two opposing realities co-exist as eternal enemies, just as God and Satan are eternal enemies. And it appears that the children of darkness – whom we may easily identify with the deep state which you wisely oppose and which is fiercely waging war against you in these days – have decided to show their cards, so to speak, by now revealing their plans. They seem to be so certain of already having everything under control that they have laid aside that circumspection that until now had at least partially concealed their true intentions. The investigations already under way will reveal the true responsibility of those who managed the Covid emergency not only in the area of health care but also in politics, the economy, and the media. We will probably find that in this colossal operation of social engineering there are people who have decided the fate of humanity, arrogating to themselves the right to act against the will of citizens and their representatives in the governments of nations.

We will also discover that the riots in these days were provoked by those who, seeing that the virus is inevitably fading and that the social alarm of the pandemic is waning, necessarily have had to provoke civil disturbances, because they would be followed by repression which, although legitimate, could be condemned as an unjustified aggression against the population. The same thing is also happening in Europe, in perfect synchrony. It is quite clear that the use of street protests is instrumental to the purposes of those who would like to see someone elected in the upcoming presidential elections who embodies the goals of the deep state and who expresses those goals faithfully and with conviction. It will not be surprising if, in a few months, we learn once again that hidden behind these acts of vandalism and violence there are those who hope to profit from the dissolution of the social order so as to build a world without freedom: Solve et Coagula, as the Masonic adage teaches.

Although it may seem disconcerting, the opposing alignments I have described are also found in religious circles. There are faithful Shepherds who care for the flock of Christ, but there are also mercenary infidels who seek to scatter the flock and hand the sheep over to be devoured by ravenous wolves. It is not surprising that these mercenaries are allies of the children of darkness and hate the children of light: just as there is a deep state, there is also a deep church that betrays its duties and forswears its proper commitments before God. Thus the Invisible Enemy, whom good rulers fight against in public affairs, is also fought against by good shepherds in the ecclesiastical sphere. It is a spiritual battle, which I spoke about in my recent Appeal which was published on May 8.

For the first time, the United States has in you a President who courageously defends the right to life, who is not ashamed to denounce the persecution of Christians throughout the world, who speaks of Jesus Christ and the right of citizens to freedom of worship. Your participation in the March for Life, and more recently your proclamation of the month of April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month, are actions that confirm which side you wish to fight on. And I dare to believe that both of us are on the same side in this battle, albeit with different weapons.

For this reason, I believe that the attack to which you were subjected after your visit to the National Shrine of Saint John Paul II is part of the orchestrated media narrative which seeks not to fight racism and bring social order, but to aggravate dispositions; not to bring justice, but to legitimize violence and crime; not to serve the truth, but to favor one political faction. And it is disconcerting that there are Bishops – such as those whom I recently denounced – who, by their words, prove that they are aligned on the opposing side. They are subservient to the deep state, to globalism, to aligned thought, to the New World Order which they invoke ever more frequently in the name of a universal brotherhood which has nothing Christian about it, but which evokes the Masonic ideals of those want to dominate the world by driving God out of the courts, out of schools, out of families, and perhaps even out of churches.

The American people are mature and have now understood how much the mainstream media does not want to spread the truth but seeks to silence and distort it, spreading the lie that is useful for the purposes of their masters. However, it is important that the good – who are the majority – wake up from their sluggishness and do not accept being deceived by a minority of dishonest people with unavowable purposes. It is necessary that the good, the children of light, come together and make their voices heard. What more effective way is there to do this, Mr. President, than by prayer, asking the Lord to protect you, the United States, and all of humanity from this enormous attack of the Enemy? Before the power of prayer, the deceptions of the children of darkness will collapse, their plots will be revealed, their betrayal will be shown, their frightening power will end in nothing, brought to light and exposed for what it is: an infernal deception.

Mr. President, my prayer is constantly turned to the beloved American nation, where I had the privilege and honor of being sent by Pope Benedict XVI as Apostolic Nuncio. In this dramatic and decisive hour for all of humanity, I am praying for you and also for all those who are at your side in the government of the United States. I trust that the American people are united with me and you in prayer to Almighty God.

United against the Invisible Enemy of all humanity, I bless you and the First Lady, the beloved American nation, and all men and women of good will.

An editorial in the state-run Global Times newspaper accused the Trump administration of “seizing China by the throat”, saying the rising superpower is “prepared to engage in a long-term battle with the US”.

It comes after Donald Trump announced earlier this week that the US would work on a response to China’s planned national security legislation for Hong Kong.

“Since China is determined to push forward the national security legislation for Hong Kong, it has been prepared for any possible reaction from the US,” the editorial said.

“Many Chinese people have realised that some US politicians are seizing China by its throat. A long-term rivalry between China and the US is inevitable. In the face of US aggression, China should adopt a calm mentality and be prepared to engage in a long-term battle with the US.”

Beijing warned the US would “suffer the most” if a financial trade war between the two countries were to grow.

“If a financial war spirals out of control, it is the US that will suffer the most. With its real economy shrinking, the US economy is largely relying on the financial sector, which means launching a financial war equals self-harm.

“The Chinese people are pragmatic and hardworking. We have constructed a comprehensive manufacturing system and built the technological ability to make breakthroughs. We also have a vast market. Hardly can such a country be isolated and contained.”

Over the weekend, thousands of demonstrators in Hong Kong took to the streets over a controversial new security law put forward by the Chinese government.

The law will allow Chinese national security agencies to deploy in the semi-autonomous territory for the first time, in line with the Chinese Communist Party’s aim to bring Hong Kong more under its control.

Earlier this week, the Trump administration warned that the US would likely impose sanctions on China if the law were to pass.

China has repeatedly threatened the US in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Earlier this week, China’s foreign minister, Wang Yi, warned that members of the Trump administration “are taking China-US relations hostage and pushing our two countries to the brink of a new cold war”.

“This dangerous attempt to turn back the will of history will undo the fruits of decades-long China-US co-operation, dampen America’s own development prospects, and put world stability and prosperity in jeopardy,” he said.

The debate over trade has intensified as the economic fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic becomes more pronounced.

The US, which today surpassed 100,000 COVID-19 deaths, is trying to pin the blame on the Chinese Communist Party, while Beijing says the Trump administration is trying to keep it from becoming a global power.

In prophetic terms, “the sea” means the nations of the world. John is telling us that he is looking at the nations of the world. John is pulling back the curtain of time to reveal the pending apocalypse. This is something that was foretold over 2,000 years ago and is now coming true in our lifetime!

The four kings mentioned in Revelation are, right now, taking center stage for the first time in world history.

The King of the North is Russia. Although the name Russia doesn’t appear in Scripture, the geographic location is given in the Bible to pinpoint accuracy. I have given you all of the details for this final showdown, walking you through both history and Scripture in my latest book “Earth’s Last Empire.”

Vladimir Putin is currently trying to rebuild the Russian Empire. With it, he thinks he can conquer the world. They have certainly started working on this with their far- reaching military encampments.

The King of the South is Egypt and the Arab Islamic forces. Keep in mind that all directions given in the Bible are with regard to the city of Jerusalem. In God’s mind, Jerusalem is the epicenter of the universe. When Ezekiel speaks of Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya, he’s speaking of the Arab Islamic nations.

The King of the East is China, a military superpower that neither fears nor respects the U.S. The Bible’s word for “east” simply means “sun rising.” This lets us know that it is describing China. This king, as described in Revelation, will lead a massive march of an army numbering over 200 million soldiers.

The King of the East is distinguished by his number, color, and flag. The three frogs or three demonic spirits that seduce him will get them to come to the Battle of Armageddon. Armageddon is the mother of all wars.

It will be fought on the sacred soil of Israel for global supremacy between the King of the West and the King of the East. The pending prize is the throne of the earth, to rule and reign.

The King of the West is America and the United Kingdom. This king will be led by the antichrist, who will force every person to receive his mark on their right hand or forehead. Those who do not comply will be decapitated.

The target of the King of the West is Israel. He will set up his image and proclaim that he is god in the city of Jerusalem. The antichrist will demand that the world worship him. His false prophet will call fire down from heaven to consume the sacrifice laid upon the altar, emulating the Prophet Elijah on Mt. Carmel.

These kings who are currently jockeying for position throughout the globe will come face-to-face with the King of kings and Lord of lords in all of His glory. Our God is the Creator of the Universe and promised to rule and reign for all eternity! He has all power in heaven and on earth. He holds the seven seas in the palm of His hand and He calls the stars by name. Who is greater than our God? Absolutely no one!

As a believer in Jesus, all you need to know is… OUR SAVIOR WILL NOT BE DEFEATED BY ANY ARMY OR ANY KING.

Only HE can dictate the future of Jerusalem. And only HE can forgive you of your sin and save you for all eternity.

While this is a very real picture of the future of our world, as described throughout the Scripture, those of us who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior are going to be raptured. We live with the confidence that in HIS Kingdom, there shall be no end. Are you ready?

Pentagon UFO Disclosure: Foreshadowing the Demonic

In the middle of the pandemic crisis, the Pentagon has seen fit to acknowledge the genuine nature of UFO footage captured by military aircraft. It may be noted that they were careful to neither affirm nor deny that the ‘unidentified phenomena’ was of extraterrestrial origin…. Other related articles focus on the Pentagon officials’ beliefs that UFO phenomena may be either demonic or divine activity. The Japanese response is very interesting – denying alien life but regarding psychic and spiritual phenomena as a ‘corporate secret’. With anecdotal evidence showing that alien phenomena are involved in cattle mutilation, forced abductions and an aversion to prayer, one cannot help but wonder if this phenomena comes from a malevolent source that is not alien, but of fallen angels who serve the Evil One.

Washington (CNN)The Pentagon has officially released three short videos showing “unidentified aerial phenomena” that had previously been released by a private company.

The videos show what appear to be unidentified flying objects rapidly moving while recorded by infrared cameras. Two of the videos contain service members reacting in awe at how quickly the objects are moving. One voice speculates that it could be a drone.
The Navy previously acknowledged the veracity of the videos in September of last year. They are officially releasing them now, “in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos,” according to Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough.
“After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems,” said Gough in a statement, “and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena.”
The Navy now has formal guidelines for how its pilots can report when they believe they have seen possible UFO’s.
The Navy videos were first released between December 2017 and March 2018 by To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences, a company co-founded by former Blink-182 musician Tom DeLonge that says it studies information about unidentified aerial phenomena.
In 2017, one of the pilots who saw one of the unidentified objects in 2004 told CNN that it moved in ways he couldn’t explain.
“As I got close to it … it rapidly accelerated to the south, and disappeared in less than two seconds,” said retired US Navy pilot David Fravor. “This was extremely abrupt, like a ping pong ball, bouncing off a wall. It would hit and go the other way.”
The Pentagon has previously studied recordings of aerial encounters with unknown objects as part of a since-shuttered classified program that was launched at the behest of former Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada. The program was launched in 2007 and ended in 2012, according to the Pentagon, because they assessed that there were higher priorities that needed funding.
Nevertheless, Luis Elizondo, the former head of the classified program, told CNN in 2017 that he personally believes “there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone.”
“These aircraft — we’ll call them aircraft — are displaying characteristics that are not currently within the US inventory nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware of,” Elizondo said of objects they researched. He says he resigned from the Defense Department in 2017 in protest over the secrecy surrounding the program and the internal opposition to funding it.
Reid tweeted Monday that he was “glad” the Pentagon officially released the videos, but that “it only scratches the surface of research and materials available. The U.S. needs to take a serious, scientific look at this and any potential national security implications.”
And some members of Congress are still interested in the issue, with senators receiving a classified briefing from Navy officials on unidentified aircraft last summer.
“If pilots at Oceana or elsewhere are reporting flight hazards that interfere with training or put them at risk, then Senator Warner wants answers. It doesn’t matter if it’s weather balloons, little green men, or something else entirely — we can’t ask our pilots to put their lives at risk unnecessarily,” Rachel Cohen, spokeswoman for Democratic Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, told CNN at the time.

UFO investigations carried out by the Pentagon and British Ministry of Defence were hampered by the religious beliefs of senior staff, former employees have revealed. Two men who worked on secret UFO programmes on both sides of the Atlantic said their work received ‘pushback’ from high-ranking officials who feared fast-moving objects glimpsed in our skies were either ‘demonic’ or divine. Luis Elizondo, who headed up the US Defense Intelligence Agency’s secret Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), spoke out about his work in a New York Times article last year. Footage of an encounter between an F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jet and an oval-shaped object with no exhaust, wings or tail travelling at incredible speeds was later released to illustrate the sort of sightings investigated by the AATIP.

The project shut down in 2012 after allegedly amassing information on other aircraft which appeared to move extremely quickly without seeming to have any visible form of propulsion such as a jet engine – or hover in the air without techniques of generating ‘lift’ such as rotor blades. This investigation was contracted out to Bigelow Aerospace, whose founder once told CBS 60 Minutes he was ‘absolutely convinced’ that aliens are real and that our planet has been visited by UFOs. Officially, this project was shut down so the cash could be ploughed into other projects. But Elizondo, a former intelligence officer who ran AATIP, has told Las Vegas Now that his study also received ‘pushback’ from The Pentagon because some top-ranking officials ‘opposed it on religious grounds’.

Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator for the Ministry of Defence, told us that he encountered the same sort of attitude when working in the UK. ‘I was aware that Pentagon pushback on UFO research was in part due to the religious belief of some of those involved,’ he said. ‘It was an odd irony that UFO investigations were being hampered because some people’s belief in God meant that they either didn’t believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life or that they regarded UFOs and extraterrestrials as demonic. ‘The fact that some people regard UFOs as demonic seems to have its roots in the biblical description of Satan as being ‘the prince of the power of the air’ from Ephesians 2:2. ‘Luis Elizondo says that he came up against religious pushback from senior staff when he ran the Pentagon’s UFO program, and I saw some evidence of this at the MoD too.’

The project was also referred to as the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program. The US Department of Defense has not released any files relating to the project, which did not explicitly state that it related to aliens but instead focused on studying 12 areas of interest including lift, propulsion and stealth techniques, as well as ‘human interface’ and ‘human effects’ – which  is believed to mean investigators spoke to people who had encountered UFOs. ‘What this tells me is that the Defense Intelligence Agency looked at some UFO sightings as part of a wider intelligence assessment of the threat from next-generation aircraft, missiles and drones,’ Pope added. ‘Embedding this work in a weapons and aviation program is a logical move, but raises the question of whether the real concern was Martians or Russians.’ A spokesperson for the Department of Defense inside the Pentagon recently confirmed the AATIP project had shut down in 2012, although the New York Times reporters that exposed its work believe it is still operational in some capacity. Replying to a letter sent by the website Black Vault, she wrote: ‘The Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program ended in 2012. It was determined that there were other, higher priority issues that merited funding and it was in the best interest of the DoD to make a change.

Kono: Planning will begin for SDF response to UFO encounter

Although Defense Minister Taro Kono doesn’t believe in UFOs, he wants the Self-Defense Forces to have a plan in place for any encounter–just in case.

Kono made the comment at a news conference on April 28 after the U.S. Defense Department declassified and released videos shot by Navy pilots pointing to the possibility that UFOs exist.

“We would like to establish procedures in the event an encounter is made with a UFO,” Kono said.

He indicated his ministry and the SDF would begin preparing for such an event.

While Kono said the SDF had not yet encountered a UFO, he added, “If video can be taken (of a UFO encounter) and if a report is possible, then a report will be made. Discussions will be held with the Air SDF about just what can be done.”

He said ministry officials will ask their Pentagon counterparts about the release of the videos as well as any analysis they had conducted.

In February 2018, the Japanese government issued its official position on UFOs saying, “no confirmation has been made of their existence.”

The document in response to questions from a lawmaker added, “The government has not considered in any specific manner what will be done should a UFO be sighted flying toward Japan.”

At the news conference, Kono admitted that he himself did not believe that UFOs exist. However, the defense minister was less forthcoming when asked if he believed in supernatural powers or psychic phenomenon.

“That is a corporate secret,” he replied.

The first part of the book introduces us to Marie-Julie, whose visions began at 19 years of age and continued until her death at 91 yeras of age. The rest of the book gives us the most important of the prophecies regarding these times that we are living through today and the coming Chastisement known as the 3 Days of Darkness.

From a Protestant perspective, much respect needs to be shown to Mary, Mother of Jesus, yet we need to still test the spirits (1 John 4:1-3):

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.

Her Prophecies
Herewith are but a few of her predictions, visions, and or prophecies, some of which concern France, while others more universal:

As early as the 15th of September 1879, Marie-Julie announced Bismarck’s Kulturkampf and the war in Germany against Catholics. She also announced the religious persecutions triggered off by the Freemasons and Republicans; military service imposed on religious; the plundering of Church possessions; the closing of colleges; departure and exile of Religious Congregations. The separation of Church and State, the suppression of Crucifixes in hospitals, in courtrooms and teaching establishments; suppression of chaplains in the Army and Navy, the creation of atheistic schools, iniquity, irreligion, revolution and anti-patriotism. In one word, crime—and she added that youth would be directed “by all that is most corrupt and dirty and would be instructed in a blasphemous religion … the mortal creature would be made to adore all that is most infamous and ignoble, and indecently presented.”

And she said that the Chamber of Deputies is the “hall of hell” and would be struck by the fire of Heaven.

As early as the 15th of September 1881 she announced all the circumstances of the death of Melanie Calvat, the shepherdess of La Salette, who died twenty-three years later, on the 15th of December, 1904, at Altamura, in Italy, and the prophecy came true exactly.

She announced beforehand the eruption of Mont Pele at St. Pierre in the Martinique, and then described it while it was taking place.

She predicted the Transvaal war as early as 1881 and said it would take place at the death of Queen Victoria who died in 1901. She added that France would always have to beware of England.

On the 26th of October 1877, Marie-Julie saw four crosses. The first was for: “France, your tears and your walling have not been heard.”
The second: “Brittany, your moaning heart sighed to my Son. He has heard your voice.”
The third: “Dear Vendee, how many times you have shed your blood for your faith. My blessings will fall on you.”
The fourth: “Alsace and Lorraine will be reunited to France.”

At the death of Leo XIII, a few days before the opening of the conclave, Marie-Julie had the following revelation which describes in advance the reign of the future Pope: “The Adriatic Cardinal is chosen by God, His reign will be that of Christ. He will not last very long and will be called Pius.”
She predicted the world wars of 1914 and 1939. About this last one, speaking of the Germans, as early as the 18th of November, 1920, she said: “These cruel and barbaric souls have not disarmed against the poor children of My Kingdom … They seek by means of great injustice to pay their debts with iron … They will come back. They will do a lot of harm … But I will keep My Kingdom … My Divine power will stop their rage … I will drive them back.”

She foresaw the war in Algeria: “The land of the Arabs will triumph over the poor French armies; all the priests of those religious will have to undergo the most cruel miseries …” This took place to the letter, since those unfortunate priests were odiously persecuted by too many diocesan Ordinaries of the Metropolis and by the majority of the clergy …

She depicted a terribly exact portrait of the false savior, de Gaulle, who was, in fact, consciously or unconsciously, the biggest malefactor in the history of France. Our Lord had said to Marie-Julie: “His lies and his conceit do not deceive Me.” [The author provides a footnote quoting a Mon. Zeller former Grandmaster of the Freemasons who relates the reception by De Gaulle of the Grand Lodge of the Grand Orient in France at Algiers in 1943.]

As to the events and calamities that are either happening now or are to come:

The Mother of God complains of the contempt that the clergy shows with regard to her messages and her apparitions, and Our Lord adds on the 4th of January, 1884: “I have done everything for My people. I sent My Mother on earth. Very few believed in Her words. My voice was heard everywhere through the victims I Myself  had chosen and on whom I worked marvels and prodigies. They were despised and persecuted…”

On the 19th of September 1901—anniversary of the apparition at La Salette—Our Lady said: “Today my eyes still have a trace of the tears that I shed on that day, when I wanted to bring my children the good news if they converted, but sad news if they continued with their iniquities … They take little notice of what I revealed … Now is the time that these great promises will be accomplished that the Church authorities have despised … They did not want the light!… I have suffered a great deal for all this. Pain oppresses my heart at this moment … The most painful sword right now is to see the provisions that have been taken and that are in the making … It is to see the pastors detaching themselves from the Sacred Bond that directs and governs Holy Church … My children, when I remember the day I brought my warnings to the holy mountain (La Salette), to the threatened world; when I remember the harsh reception of my words! … not by all, but by many. And those who should have made them known to the souls, hearts and spirits of children with great confidence, deep penetration; they took no notice! They despised them and most of them refused their confidence …

On the 4th of August 1904, the Queen of Heaven returned again to the question because of the wish of some holy priests who wanted to make known the message of La Salette, “Other pastors rebelled,” and the message was: “Put back under seas,” whereas it should have been “delivered to the world.” It was because pastors and the priesthood was the great issue that there was a rebellion “How do you expect punishments not to fall on the world … they go so far as to make my words disappear and to cause suffering to the ones I devoted to this Holy Cause … I will reward my good pastors …  my servants …”

“Self respect is mortified. I know how my Son is served in Holy Orders and how priests live at all times … How do you expect Heaven to bless the earth! I do not speak of all pastors, all priests, but the number I exclude is very small … All the souls are allowed to drift … very little notice is taken of their salvation! … They like to rest, good living and comfort … Our dear priest victims are very few! The Holy Tribunal is looked at with indifference … they go up to the Holy Altar because they are forced to accomplish this act …”

On the 12th of May 1896: “I have done everything I could to save My people from the punishments. Many priests have grumbled and would not believe My Immaculate Word … They greatly displease me and have offended the Holy of Holies …”

And again on the 19th of September of the same year: “The priest is no longer humble; he is no longer respectful, he is frivolous and cold in the holy service. He thinks of strengthening his body when he lets souls groan without consolation … The worldly feasts will be paid for terribly in eternity… On the day of the great shake-up of My anger: Men will deny the King they served. The faithless priest will not be afraid to deny his Father and put to shame his priesthood for all eternity like Judas. We shall see the betrayals that will take place the day that the terror will be widespread … To save the life of the body, many will lose their souls!”

On the 29th of October 1903: “The warnings of the Holy of Holies have been disregarded … His words were rebuffed by those who should have propagated them, listened to them and increased the grace of love. The missions that Our Lady fulfilled on earth have not been known. No notice was taken of her most solemn words … there was a revolt against her revelations … from those who should have spread these words in the whole of France. .. but what a heavy cross awaits them!

A heavy burden will overwhelm them … A distinct justice is reserved for them…”

And in 1907 Our Lord added: “Does not the systematic stifling of My Divine Words comprise the gravest responsibilities! This is why severe accounts will be demanded of those who intercepted the message from on high!”

During the elections which ensured the triumph of the Republicans (in France) in 1877 and 1879, Our Lady complained: “It was the priests, nearly all of them who were the first to call for the ungodly men who govern the world. The priests hid themselves to give their vote to the revolutionaries …” (But) “the eyes of my Son followed them.”

“Today, they no longer hide themselves, many of them follow the procession behind the red flag. But Our Lord adds, and refers not only to the clergy but to the majority of the population: “They have all wanted disorder and revolution; they will have their fill.” (June 1, 1882).

On another occasion He complained (October 25, 1881): “I announce a terrible punishment for those I have clothed with sacred vestments and filled with grace … They persecute My Church … They are very guilty, not all of them, but many, far the greater number … I know their intentions, I know their thoughts … I see weakness taking hold of my priests to a terrifying extent, the greatest part is not on the royalist side, they are on the side that plants in this poor country, their standard is the color of blood and terror.”

And the Queen of Heaven continues: “More than ever the number of priests that one calls real ministers of God is very small, it is really small … There are many priests who will not … be asked, on the day of terror, to violate the secrets of the confessional … This has already started. Did they not install microphones in Padre Pio’s confessional … and did not one of the accomplices of this outrage occupy for too long a time an important place at the Vatican …”

She continues: “There are some who work under cover while waiting to discard their priestly vestments to better cause horror and abomination amongst the people … There will be scandals … you must expect all kinds of things … The heart of the Church is now only a bleeding wound. Today crime is brought to the foot of the altar …”

And since the stigmatist said she would not repeat this, St. Michael the Archangel replied: “The Lord desires it … I tell the friends of God to prepare themselves and to redouble their prayers because everything is on the point of very great suffering, but God’s friends are forewarned. They can now only wait in the silence of their generous faith … all the friends of the Cross have a special protection reserved by the Holy of Holies and His Beloved Mother.”

Our Lord specifies [1881]: “Woe to the priest who does not reflect on the enormous responsibility which he will have to give back to Me. And the pastors of the Church [the bishops] what will they do for their faith! The greater number are ready to give their faith to save their bodies … the suffering they cause [the Church] will never be repaired. In a short time the pastors of the Church will have spread scandals everywhere and will have given the last sword thrust to holy Church.”

And soon after, on the 14th of December 1881, Our Lady added: “The time of crimes has begun … woe to those who dare to make pacts with these personages who appear in diabolical visions … my victim, many souls will be possessed a few months before (the crisis) …, the world will be mad with fear and in this madness, the devil, who is everywhere on earth, will make them deny their Baptism and the Cross …”

On the same day did she not announce abortion when she said: “The times of crime have begun. Many mothers will be heartless for their own fruits, still innocent, flowers in Heaven!”

On the 24th of April 1884, Our Lord said: “Priests will separate themselves from the voice of authority in greatest numbers. A scandalous freedom of disunion, of levity, will spread in all the dioceses of France …”

“Later on Our Lord showed me the number of apostasies at the time of the fatal event … It will be the ministers of God, who will be the first to begin, not all of them … This punishment will open the Heavens and the God of vengeance will appear with a display of justice … Never had I seen from so close the anger of God…” (November 11, 1884). “But woe to the pastors who abandon the flock” (January 27, 1882).

Marie-Julie announces the profanation of the Holy Species: “They will be thrown in the mud.” (October 17,1883) This has in fact happened.

“The temples of God, where Hell has taken up residence and placed its field of action. It is time to raise one’s eyes to Heaven because in all corners of the world there will be Antichrists as at the time of the Last Judgment who will travel through the whole world to pervert …”

She sees the temporary triumph of Freemasonry, the secularized priest … all these enemies want churches to become theaters of infernal dances and will continue implacably their aim to obtain the cessation of Holy Mass.

They also intend to remove all Crucifixes and statues of the Saints from all the shrines and throw them in a profane place to break them with joy.”

How could she foresee all that is happening in front of our eyes since the 9th of June 1880 if she was not inspired?

On the 19th of March 1878, Our Lady gave the approximate date of the last crisis: “In a hundred years Heaven will have harvested its crop … even before the hundred years are up.” Therefore, it is not far off.

And, He announced the introduction of the enemies of the Church into its bosom: “Before long they will come into power in everything and it will be freedom of evil … The holy ministry will be covered in shame … An undercover grumbling reigns in the hearts of many priests against the bond of Faith (the Pope).”

She frequently announced that the enemies of the Church would penetrate into its bosom: “And perpetrate horrible scandals and thrust the sword into the heart of the Church. Rage has never been greater.”

She had a vision of a dialogue between Our Lord and Lucifer and the latter said: I will attack the Church. I will overthrow the Cross, I will decimate the people, I will deposit a great weakness of Faith in hearts. There will also be A GREAT DENIAL OF RELIGION. For a time I will be MASTER of all things, everything will be under MY CONTROL, even Your temple and all Your people.”

“Saint Michael says that Satan will have possession of everything for some time and that he will reign completely over everything; that all goodness, Faith, Religion will be buried in the tomb … Satan and his own will triumph with joy, but after this triumph, the Lord will in His turn gather His Own people and will REIGN and TRIUMPH OVER EVIL and WILL RAISE UP from the tomb the buried Church, the prostrated Cross …”

Marie-Julie saw that “there will not remain any vestige of the Holy Sacrifice, no apparent trace of faith. CONFUSION will be everywhere …”

“All the works approved by the infallible Church will cease to exist as they are today for a time. In this sorrowful annihilation, brilliant signs will be manifested on earth. If because of the wickedness of men Holy Church will be in darkness, the Lord will also send darkness that will stop the wicked in their search of wickedness …”

THE THREE DAYS OF DARKNESS

Marie-Julie announced the three days of darkness during which the infernal powers will be loosed and will execute all the enemies of God. “The crisis will explode suddenly; the punishments will be shared by all and will succeed one another without interruption …” [January 4, 1884] “The three days of darkness will be on a THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. Days of the Most Holy Sacrament, of the Cross and Our Lady … three days less one night.”

“The earth will be covered in darkness”, says Our Lady on 20th of September 1882, “AND HELL WILL BE LOOSED ON EARTH. Thunder and lightning will cause those who have no faith or trust in My Power, to die of fear.”

“During these three days of terrifying darkness, no windows must be opened, because no one will be able to see the earth and the terrible colour it will have in those days of punishment without dying at once …”

“The sky will be on fire, the earth will split … During these three days of darkness let the blessed candle be lighted everywhere, no other light will shine …”

“NO ONE OUTSIDE A SHELTER.. will survive. The earth will shake as at the judgment and fear will be great. Yes, We will listen to the prayers of your friends; NOT ONE WILL PERISH. We will need them to publish the glory of the Cross …” [December 8, 1882]

“THE CANDLES OF BLESSED WAX ALONE WILL GIVE LIGHT during this horrible darkness. ONE CANDLE alone will be enough for the duration of this night of hell … In the homes of the wicked and blasphemers these candles will give NO LIGHT.”

“And Our Lady states: “Everything will shake except the piece of furniture on which the blessed candle is burning. This will not shake. You will all gather around with the crucifix and my blessed picture. This is what will keep away this terror.”

“During this darkness the devils and the wicked will take on THE MOST HIDEOUS SHAPES … red clouds like blood will move across the sky. The crash of the thunder will shake the earth and sinister lightning will streak the heavens out of season. The earth will be shaken to its foundations. The sea will rise, its roaring waves will spread over the continent. ..”

“THE EARTH WILL BECOME LIKE A VAST CEMETERY. The bodies of the wicked and the just will cover the ground.”

“Three-quarters of the population of the globe will disappear. Half the population of France will be destroyed.”
